We've been working hard to integrate WhatsApp with our CRM (Power Pro CnC) as an additional support channel. We have succeeded integrating with WhatsApp.
The integration is linked to our customer/hotel information in our system. So every time you chat us, we automatically know your customer profile and support history. Also, this integration let multiple agents from our team to handle your questions or requests.
