Four Steps of Power Pro Self Check-In Kiosk

Scan QR Code
Scan the QR code sent through your email.

Scan ID Card
Scan personal ID like passport, eKTP, or SIM. Data captured from the ID will be saved and attached to the Guest Profile.

Choose Room
Choose the available room number, guest can choose room with features provided by the hotel like no smoking room, city view, garden view, and etc.

Collect Room Key
The kiosk will then issue the room key. Any keylock brand integrated with Power Pro Hotel System can be used in the kiosk with a slight adjustment in the encoder.
Siap dengan multiple language, sehingga tamu dapat memilih bahasa. Kalimat dari setiap bahasa dapat di-edit sesuai dengan kebutuhan hotel. Jika tidak ada aktifitas, Check-In Kiosk akan memutar video hotel, demikian juga ketika selesai mengambil kunci kamar, video selamat datang di putar. Guest Card dicetak dengan format yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan hotel. Untuk mempermudah tamu, setiap tahapan akan muncul animasi yang menjelaskan tahapan yang harus dilakukan oleh tamu.
