WhatsApp: New support channel for our customers!
We've been working hard these past couple of months to integrate WhatsApp with our CRM (Power Pro CnC) as an additional channel for customer support. The good news is, we have succeeded with the integration and ready to support you through WhatsApp.
Why do we work so hard with the integration? Because with the integration, your contact information is linked to the customer/hotel information in our system. So every time you text us, we already know the customer profile and support history. This lets us identify your problem faster. Other than that, the integration let multiple agents from our team to handle your questions or requests.
